No one branch of medicine can do everything for you. We evolved to need community to survive, be happy, and healthy, so don't be afraid to build your community for health! Below you'll find links to other practitioners, as well as resources I have found helpful for myself and my patients on their journeys to maintaining and improving health.

Additional Treatment Modalities:

No one system of medicine is likely to provide all you need. Seeking different types of treatment or building your own care resources are an important part of finding your best self.

Holistic Pelvic Care(TM)

A technique developed by pelvic physical therapist Tami Kent, after training deeply in several different lineages and working with hundreds of women. The pelvic bowl is such a central part of our bodies, the hearth of our physical being. When energy and emotion get stuck here, it can impede the flow of our qi in many different ways.
If your curiosity is piqued, check out Tami’s work on her website here, check out one of her three books (links at the bottom of this page), or speak with Ece at your next appointment!
