A Balancing Act:

Finding Better Health By Avoiding Endocrine Disruptors

...and Bug Spray Making Party!

Why should I care about endocrine disruptors?

The endocrine system is basically the complete hormone system of the body...meaning it influences not only fertility (both men and women!) but also stress levels, weight imbalances, sleep, everything! An endocrine disruptor is anything that has an known affect on the intricate natural balance of this system, setting you up for unexplained weight gain, mood swings, sleep difficulties, and potentially so many other health issues.

Kids and teens are affected too as their growing bodies are constantly experiencing surges in growth hormones or puberty, and can be easily affected by outside disruptors.

What we'll cover in this class:

*Learn about hormone balance and xenoestrogens

*Acupuncture and how it views hormone balance

*What to eat and what to avoid

*Introduction to non-toxic products (that actually work)

*Make and take home a non-toxic bug spray!
